TPI offers both custom-manufactured products and standard in-stock items. Shipping timelines vary based on the type of product ordered.

Custom Orders

Custom products require production after approval. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before your order ships. Shipping transit time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. If there is a delay in processing your order, a member of our team will contact you.

Standard In-Stock Orders

In-stock products typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. If there is a delay in processing your order, a member of our team will contact you.

If your order includes both custom and in-stock products, items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery unless otherwise arranged.
